The Zenith, a three-story, 1,200-square-foot luxury mobile estate, is a meticulously orchestrated vision of organic modernism, designed interiorly by Eider Interiors, now renamed Bouchard Design Collective. The interior of the luxury mobile is designed with precision and intentionality, allowing a sense of contemporary architectural expression as it unites natural materials forming a setting that is both refined and enduring. Entirely, the interior commanded a presence of attention through a balance of scale, proportion, and a thoughtful approach to detail.
Bouchard’s use of materials like stone, wood, and metal is part of the core values, which are celebrated for their individual innate qualities. Each material is selected to convey authenticity and permanence - sustainably sourced hardwoods contribute warmth and integrity, while weather-resistant finishes protect against the elements. All of these reinforce the home’s resilience as they’re combined with a palette of neutral tones and subtle textures, establishing a serene environment. Aside from that, moments of emphasis appear in carefully curated features within the interior design, backlit water wall, and bespoke lighting, part of which provides focal points without overwhelming the overall composition.
Functionality was given equal weight alongside visual presence. The interior arrangement promotes fluidity, encouraging both social gathering and private reflection. Expansive communal areas are counterbalanced by retreats that offer stillness and separation. This rhythm between openness and intimacy creates a livable cadence throughout the estate. Integrated smart home systems contribute convenience, operating quietly within the background, never interrupting the natural experience of the space.
Standing at a triple-axle, 53-foot length, The Zenith projects strength and permanence, despite its mobile foundation. Every line and surface was crafted with endurance in mind, ensuring relevance and stability over time. Bouchard’s design philosophy extends more than just visual impression, part of it focusing instead on how the environment sustains its occupants and adapts gracefully to overall transformations.
The Zenith embodies the conviction that true luxury resides in permanence, harmony, and the thoughtful union of nature and craftsmanship, securing them a grand achievement in the recent 2025 London Design Awards. It was conceived not as a temporary showcase but as a legacy, designed to enrich life and withstand time. Through its materials, layout, and guiding principles, the interior design for the luxury mobile represents a vision of living that values equilibrium, authenticity, and continuity.
