A Milestone Event for Future Growth
COUNTRY Financial marked its centennial with a landmark celebration at the ENRICH 2025 Conference in Arlington, Texas, hosted in partnership with BI WORLDWIDE. Recognized with the Platinum Award in the 2025 TITAN Business Awards under the Event – Corporate Event category, the two-day program showcased the company’s history, current initiatives, and future strategies through a carefully designed mix of experiences.
Serving as the main venue for over 1,000 attendees, the Loews Arlington Hotel welcomed with bold centennial branding, which exhibited a meaningful journey through the “Honoring the Past” exhibition with illuminated design walls, artifacts, and even interactive AI-powered photo experiences. Meanwhile, at the “Connect Expo", attendees get to explore current strategies through themed booths and networking opportunities, which allow them the best moments to foster partnerships and engage in conversations, and most importantly - collaborations.
The on-stage experience was a centerpiece of the event. An eleven-panel LED display, tiered seating, and massive rotating turntables supported a program that combined historical storytelling with modern vision. The show opened with an emotional tribute featuring vintage client footage and a patriotic presentation from the Texas Battalion Color Guard. Informatives were delivered at the event, where they were according to designs that represented the 1920s, 1960s, and 1990s, before finally transitioning into the sleek, contemporary spaces where future initiatives were revealed. Throughout the entire thing, the elements were each carefully crafted to highlight the journey of COUNTRY Financial’s long century of service.
The celebration expanded to AT&T Stadium, where every detail was designed to create a memorable guest experience. From vintage games and athletic challenges to an electrifying cheer performance, messages from sports icons, music, fireworks, and photo activations, the night offered a dynamic blend of tradition and entertainment.
The program concluded with Tim Tebow’s keynote, inspiring participants to carry forward the company’s vision. Designed with care and foresight, the conference reflected a century of achievement and laid out the foundation for future success which secured them a winning title in the TITAN Business Awards.
