Ram Nikhil Dodda
Dodda possesses an educational background in engineering and has been instrumental in developing several consumer hardware products for Amazon. These projects were characterized by a robust design language and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Notably, these creations have earned patents and achieved recognition as top-rated best sellers with a 4-star rating on Amazon.
Throughout 2018 and 2019, he held the position of the worldwide go-to-market leader overseeing Amazon's e-reader category. This role entailed the task of comprehending customer preferences spanning across more than 18 countries. Collaborating closely with product development teams, he played a crucial role in shaping the design of the next generation of e-readers. Most recently, he developed Ring Intercom, a user-friendly smart home device facilitating remote access control for apartment residents worldwide. Launched in 2022, the product garnered 10 awards upon its release for design, aesthetics, and in-app user experience.
Alexandre de Mello Collares
Alexandre de Mello Collares, hailing from Brazil, holds the role of an art director and is currently based in Sydney, where he also holds the status of an Australian permanent resident. With a career spanning over a decade in the advertising realm, he has lent his talents to both major and mid-sized agencies such as DDB, McCann, Geometry Global, and Fox Sports, among others. In the course of his professional journey, he has had the privilege of serving diverse clientele including KFC, Pizza Hut, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Fox Sports, SC Johnson, Westpac, and numerous others. Throughout this duration, he has had the opportunity to garner insights and exchange ideas with a multitude of remarkable individuals.

Joon Kwon
Joon Kwon holds the position of Managing Director and is a Co-Founder of LR Seoul from the year 2021 onwards.He initiated his professional journey at GREY GROUP, Korea, in 2008. Subsequently, he became a part of Geometry Global and later Havas, where he assumed the role of an executive creative director. Over a span of 13 years in the field of creativity, he has spearheaded the development of numerous successful advertising campaigns for renowned global brands like BMW, Emirates, Heineken, and LG. His remarkable achievements have been duly acknowledged through a range of accolades within the advertising domain.
Furthermore, Joon Kwon's role extends beyond the realm of his professional accomplishments in the advertising industry. He emerges as a creator who is driven by a profound sense of commitment to fostering positive change within society.
