Roberto Alcazar
Roberto is a creative genius with over 20 years of experience in the advertising and media industry, having driven experience in impacting and innovating for global brands across the market and industry. He is currently the Executive Vice-President and Executive Creative Director at 305 Worldwide, the largest independent media agency in the world. Across Roberto's media experience, he has directed award-winning campaigns for an impressive list of clients such as P&G, DIAGEO, General Motors, The Home Depot, and HBO among many others.
Additionally he is also a film producer and the co-founder of Contexto Group, an IP acquisition agency that develops literary content and scripts into films and series. These experiences and skills mark Roberto as a leading creative leader with a vision and skilled expertise in the industry.
Fizza Shah
Fizza Shah is the Executive Creative Director for Grey Pakistan. With over a decade of experience in the advertising industry, her tenure at Grey Pakistan and IAL Saatchi & Saatchi has honed her expertise in creatively led marketing campaigns. She has masterminded inventive marketing approaches for numerous distinguished and award-winning Pakistani brands such as Tapal, National Foods, Continental Biscuits, and Dalda Foods.
Known for her tireless working ethic, she's a creative force to be reckoned with in the creative industry, having personally overseen the creative development of leading brands. Ensuring that each project receives her utmost dedication and expertise, her dedication to excellence and hands-on approach has been instrumental in driving the success of these brands.
Peng Wang
Wang Peng, a graduate of Beijing Arts and Crafts School and Tsinghua University's Academy of Arts & Design, is a renowned designer recognized for his pioneering work in multimedia design. In 1998, as the Art Design Director at Tsinghua University’s National Engineering Research Center for Optical Discs, he developed "The Story of the Great Wall," a groundbreaking multimedia program that featured China's first 3D real-time browsing technology. This achievement earned him the 1999 National Book Award, the highest honor in electronic publications.
Wang Peng played a pivotal role in Beijing's bid for the 2008 Olympic Games, leading the design and production of a 30-minute multimedia presentation that was instrumental in the city's successful bid. His meticulous design language and unique style have made him a sought-after talent among Fortune 500 companies, including State Grid, ICBC, Sinopec, and SAMSUNG. Wang Peng’s work in designing corporate social responsibility reports has garnered high praise from international juries, solidifying his reputation in the industry.
