Joon Kwon, CEO and Co-Founder of LR Seoul since 2021, launched his career in 2008 at GREY GROUP, Korea. He advanced through various roles at Geometry Global and Havas, where he served as Executive Creative Director for 16 years. Throughout his tenure, Kwon was instrumental in developing advertising campaigns for global brands like BMW, Budweiser, Pepsi, and Heineken, garnering numerous prestigious awards for his innovative work.
Kwon's career is marked by a blend of business acumen and a dedication to leveraging creativity for societal impact. Beyond his achievements in advertising, he is a devoted creator committed to making a positive difference, earning international design accolades in the Social Impact category. His journey exemplifies how creative talent can be a powerful force for change, both in business and society.
Ralph Christian Bremenkamp
Throughout his career, Ralph Christian Bremenkamp has held prominent leadership roles, including Principal Design Director at Frog Design and Creative Director at BMW Designworks. In 2016, he founded RCBD GmbH, a dynamic and inventive product design studio based in Munich, Germany. Recently, he assumed the role of Director of Brand Experience & Design at Bemergroup Int in Liechtenstein. With his extensive background in design, he is enthusiastic about enhancing the brand's influence and improving the overall customer experience.
Bremenkamp, a seasoned product design expert, has significantly contributed to the creation of innovative and award-winning products for leading companies. His expertise in product design is well-regarded in academic circles, and his work has been featured in numerous global design magazines. Additionally, Bremenkamp has served as a judge for various prestigious design contests, further solidifying his reputation in the industry.

Alice Li serves as the Director of Cultural Strategy and Innovation at sparks & honey, an Omnicom Group consultancy that leverages tech-driven cultural intelligence to help organizations navigate global changes. Renowned for her expertise in future frameworks, Li leads the majority of future projects at sparks & honey. As a quantitative futurist with a solid track record in foresight and innovation strategy, she has provided valuable insights to numerous Fortune 100 C-suite executives, aiding their decision-making processes.
