And just like the air of desire that the god of the Irish underworld exudes around unsuspecting women, only 88 bottles are up for grabs for those with a more refined taste for the hard liquor.
During the process of creating The Aodh, it starts with creating a cage to contain the vessel bottled with desire and sin, a story is being told through the master artisans at The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. The display that holds the bottle of the fine liquor in place is a dark and sinister piece of art. With arms and gold and purple resembling a rib cage that represents the shackles that is holding the devil’s true power back. At the bottom of the back of the cage is an opal LED that lights up the entirety of the bottle in an amber light. Light rays bounce around the scarlet liquid to give it a glow that is akin to liquid gold.
Within the stand is also a hidden compartment where a small item of importance or fortune can be inconspicuously stored. With the prince of hell safeguarding your possessions of great value once you return to reclaim it, and make a pact with him in form of a sip from the finely-aged liquor.
The mouth-blown bottle is also a one-of-a-kind centerpiece that is worth admiring in all of its glory. Just like the previous exclusive releases The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. is globally renowned for, the stopper that seals the whiskey is carved from pure obsidian and adorned with precious metal and gemstones. With no shortage of gold snaking around the heart-shaped body of the bottle, so does small genuine amethyst gemstones snaking alongside it.
