Each musician was fitted with a mindwave headset. Then, we converted their brainwaves into CVS data, that we used to visualise their thought patterns as they played.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Ligeti Quartet is probably the less classic classical quartet ever. The music they play (from Gy\u00f6rgy Ligeti) is quintessentially experimental and extremely complicated to perform.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Idea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We made a music clip where we showed exactly how their music feels. By using simple off-the-shelf brainwave monitors, we\u2019ve been able to read the brainwaves of the quartet as they play the track.
