MINED is a digital academy transforming entrepreneurship education in Latin America. In four years, they have built a strong presence through its unique blend of a multilevel business model and the MINED Academy platform. Focused on digital entrepreneurship, MINED equips individuals with the tools and mindset to unlock their potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q1. Congratulations on your achievements in the Vega Digital Awards! Could you start by introducing yourself or your agency? Can you also share a bit about your journey into your current industry?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

MINED is a digital academy with a unique approach to entrepreneurship training, combining a multilevel business model with an innovative educational platform like MINED Academy. In just four years, we have positioned ourselves as leaders in entrepreneurship education across Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To strengthen our community, we launched live conferences alongside our podcast, Mentalidad GEN. Currently, we have more than 2,500 daily listeners and over 14,000 subscribers\u2014reflecting the success and impact of our work. Our vision is to empower individuals through education, equipping them with the tools they need to reach their full potential in the world of digital entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q2. What inspired you to submit your work for this competition, and what does winning mean to you personally and professionally?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entering the Vega Digital Awards was a natural step to highlight the effort and dedication we have put into transforming entrepreneurship education. In doing so, we seek to share with the world how MINED is redefining the future of entrepreneurship in the region, providing entrepreneurs with the tools to grow not only financially, but also in their personal development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winning this award is a recognition of all the teamwork and vision we have. Personally, it means seeing our mission of empowering thousands of people through education become a reality that positively impacts the lives of many. Professionally, it is an impetus to move forward, reaffirming our position as an industry leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q3. Can you share the story behind your success? What inspired its creation, and what do you feel it represents in today\u2019s industry?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The story behind “Mentalidad GEN” and its success lies in our mission to empower entrepreneurs in Latin America through educational content that not only trains them in business skills but also inspires them to develop a constant growth mindset. This project was born with the vision of changing the paradigm of traditional training and offering something much more accessible, dynamic, and disruptive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were inspired by the need to create a platform that, through live streaming tools like Mixlr, could reach thousands of people with daily conferences on leadership, mindset, and growth strategies. What makes Mentalidad GEN unique is that every day, people can learn directly from successful entrepreneurs who earn more than six figures a month\u2014something you won\u2019t find in just any company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mentalidad GEN represents a new form of entrepreneurial education in the region that goes beyond technical knowledge, also fostering a culture of leadership and personal growth in a collaborative environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q4. What do you believe set your project apart in such a competitive field? Were there specific elements or strategies that made it shine?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Mentalidad GEN” stood out for its ability to bring together top business leaders and offer our listeners the opportunity to learn directly from them. A clear example was our session in the Bahamas, which brought together four leaders, each exceeding seven figures in turnover, and reached a peak number of connected participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This experience not only had a great impact on the community but also created a unique momentum that reaffirmed the relevance of our educational approach and our commitment to continuous growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
