My responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of the BPaaS Model for Healthcare, which optimizes functions like claims adjudication, provider data management, and mailroom services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout my career, I\u2019ve driven innovation and improved service delivery using advanced technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Process Automation (IPA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
