Q1. Please give us a brief bio of yourself and your design background.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am an award-winning designer and conceptual artist with a unique perspective shaped by my background in both mathematical and creative education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With degrees from the University for the Creative Arts and Moscow Aviation Institute, my work is driven by deep, unconventional conceptual thinking. Bold use of color and a knack for balancing brightness with harmony are hallmarks of my style.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q2. What made you become\/why did you choose to become a designer\/artist?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I decided to pursue furniture design because I\u2019m passionate about creating unique, innovative pieces and enjoy bringing unconventional ideas to life. I love the process of seeing my designs come to fruition quickly, transforming concepts into tangible results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a freelance designer, and my work has been featured in renowned publications such as ’25 Beautiful Homes’, ‘Tatler’, and ‘Interior + Design’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q4. What does ‘design’ mean to you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Design is not only a feast for the mind and senses, engaging both intellect and emotion, but also a balance of function and practicality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. To you, what makes a ‘good’ design?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieter Rams’ ’10 Principles of Good Design’ are fundamental to my creative philosophy. While studying at the University for the Creative Arts, I expanded on his ideas and wrote a manifesto, ’11 Principles of Home Paradise,’ inspired by both his work and Henry Matisse\u2019s painting The Pink Studio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These principles continue to shape and guide my interior and furniture designs, blending functionality with artistic inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Home Paradise is visually pleasing, comfortable and welcoming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Home Paradise is filled with light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Home Paradise is colorful and harmonious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Home Paradise is perfectly ordered and variably scaled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Home Paradise is characterized by curved and straight lines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Home Paradise is tactile and textured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Home Paradise is glossy and matte, glass and mirrored, wood and brass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Home Paradise is patterned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Home Paradise is filled with elements of nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Home Paradise is filled with art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Home Paradise is timeless.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
