My name is Abhijit Joshi, and I am a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive expertise in implementing and managing scalable data systems, particularly within the Databricks ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With over a decade of hands-on experience in data engineering, I have developed advanced data pipelines and implemented MLOps strategies to enhance data-driven decision-making across multiple industries. My work has been recognized through multiple publications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, I am deeply involved in leveraging cloud technologies, real-time data streaming, and AI to address complex challenges and deliver impactful results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 am a Staff Data Engineer at Oportun, where I lead efforts in architecting and implementing end-to-end data pipelines using modern cloud and big data technologies, such as Databricks, Apache Kafka, and Delta Lake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also play a pivotal role in optimizing machine learning workflows (MLOps), integrating various data sources, and ensuring data quality, security, and compliance across all systems. My focus is on driving innovation and operational excellence within the organization by enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
