Erika Leyva and Alejandro Santamaria are co-founders and passionate entrepreneurs, each bringing a strong foundation in Multimedia and International Business respectively to their venture. Their entrepreneurial journey was inspired by their fascination with the blend of technology and creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q1. Please give us a brief bio of yourself and your creative background.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our names are Erika Leyva and Alejandro Santamaria and we are two passionate entrepreneurs from Mexico, aged 33 and 34, with a strong foundation in Multimedia and International Business respectively. Our journey in the digital world began early, fueled by a fascination for the intersection of technology and creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After honing our skills in various multimedia projects and exploring the global business landscape, we co-founded a web development agency. Our work is a blend of innovative design and strategic business insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recently, our dedication to creativity and technical excellence was recognized by MUSE Creative Awards for the design and development of selfish.com.mx, a project that showcases our commitment to pushing the boundaries of web design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q2. What made you become\/why did you choose to become a creative?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addressing this question, I must extend my sincerest gratitude to my graphic design mentor, Gwen Amos, from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under her guidance, I was not merely taught the fundamentals of graphic design; I was transformed into a creative thinker. Her influence profoundly shaped my approach to design, instilling in me the essence of creativity that has become the cornerstone of my work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q3. Tell us more about your business\/company, job profile and what you do.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a one-person company and I do everything by myself. I know a little bit about recording, a little graphic design, multimedia design, a little programming and a little photography. I also enjoy writing poems and in addition to that, I devoted myself to practicing Chinese calligraphy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These talents made me what I am today. Although I cover a wide range of fields, when I encounter something that I am not good at, I will know how to learn or cooperate with talents who are more professional than me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q4. What does creativity mean to you? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To me, creativity means to solve a problem in an extraordinary way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q5. To you, what makes a ‘creative’ idea and\/or design?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A truly creative idea or design, despite its seemingly simple exterior, is the culmination of extensive research, deep philosophical insights, and thoughtful consideration. It’s the result of a designer’s ability to distill complex concepts into an elegantly straightforward form that resonates with both clarity and depth<\/p>\n\n\n\n
