Freda. ?I’m a product designer with diverse experiences in enterprise UX, consumer product, and IoT. I’m currently designing business tools at Pinterest. As a product designer, I build user empathy, prototype concepts, iterate for solutions, and craft designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Beyond design, I’ve also worn the hats of both a product manager and a software engineer. Tell us more about your business\/company, job profile, and what you do.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In my role as a Product Designer at Pinterest, my primary focus revolves around designing business tools tailored to empower advertisers and merchants in reaching their goals on Pinterest. I design web and mobile experiences systematically, interactively and visually to create elegant solutions to complex B2B problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I take ownership of the entire user experience lifecycle, from understanding user insights to designing through phases of ideation, refinement, handoff and launch. Collaboration is at the core of my work, I partner closely with engineering, product management, and user research teams to create impactful, user-centric, and data-driven solutions that resonate effectively with our diverse audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Q4.
