Joon Kwon has been serving as the Managing Director and Co-Founder of LR Seoul since 2021. His professional journey began in 2008 when he embarked on his career at GREY GROUP in Korea. Subsequently, he joined Geometry Global and later Havas, where he held the role of Executive Creative Director. Conclusively, throughout his extensive 13-year career in the creative industry, Kwon has spearheaded the creation of numerous highly successful advertising campaigns for globally renowned brands like BMW, Emirates, Heineken, and LG.
