Joon Kwon holds the position of Managing Director and is a Co-Founder of LR Seoul from the year 2021 onwards. He initiated his professional journey at GREY GROUP, Korea, in 2008. Subsequently, he became a part of Geometry Global and later Havas. Where he assumed the role of an executive creative director. Over a span of 13 years in the field of creativity.
