That surrounds itself with a growing foliage of the vibrant Mayan Jungle. The \u2018El Jaguar Country Club\u2019 is a luxurious residential area that is part of a thriving and private community that enjoys the spectacular view of the grand golf course. An idea of luxury that takes place in the jungle all while enjoying the security of a private residential area. What many would wait for a lifetime to revel in!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This humble abode is located in Yucatan, Mexico, the house is a haven that has five guest rooms complete with private bathrooms, a family\/TV room, kids toy library, a private studio with independent access, main living room, dining room, display show kitchen, service kitchen, laundry and back of house service. It also comes complete with a garage that can fit 5 cars, a pool, patio, grill area and a main garden with a sunken fire pit! This residence is the dream of many with a long list of facilities that caters to everyone\u2019s comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The design of the residence has sustainable certifications as the trees that surround the compound is safeguard with the rain. Common-use water is recovered for irrigation and solar panels are installed for power generation. Since the Yucatan Peninsula is in a hurricane zone, the brilliant designers were one step ahead. By installing a heat protected hurricane-proof window system. With a color palette of concrete grey and leafy green, the Merida heat is prominent for being extremely hot all year long. The designers of BV Arquitectura cleverly inserts a doubled height living space with a cross ventilation that faces the back patio of the south with the view of the main garden, pool and golf course in their sights. Certainly a sight to behold and unwind after a long day or respite in between one\u2019s day.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortaleza is comes from the word \u2018fortress\u2019 which essentially means a special goal of the clients. In an eloquent way, \u2018the final fortress of their lives\u2019, seeing as it is a beautiful family home. A home that will go onto create innumerable memories, generation after generation. In a world of its own, the moment when one steps foot into its humble but grand residence. It would be a miracle to gather the courage to leave the palatial greenery abode.
