SB Architects visualized a single-story intimate space that would be a home to age peacefully. With a wide area to host children and grandchildren visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating such a space with tranquility and luxury in mind, the 10,000-square-foot residential. Which is to make the most out of the views of the rolling hills that overlooks the valley. The design will encourage and nurture the client\u2019s wellness-focused lifestyle with ample opportunities to practice meditation. A courtyard that promises a smooth transaction to peace and promotes a sense of discovery. The public areas which includes the living room, kitchen and dining area are strategically to have a 270-degree view of the location. To further exude class, barrier-breaking between indoor and outdoor spaces that looks outside with a spacious outdoor deck and pool area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Simple material palette of wood, stone and raw steel is throughout the house with cedar ceilings which adds warmth. Brazilian Ipe hardwood was to naturally stained millwork for the walls and trim.
