So as to ensure that all employees are able to be at peace in their environment to produce exemplary work. Erin Imhof and her human resource team of CertiK did precisely that with a goal to create inclusivity and equity. Within the company\u2019s diverse hire of remote employees and contractors that resides in over 20 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erin and her very capable team instituted company yoga for the employees to direct their energy into practicing mindfulness and being active. Apart from that, it encourages the employees to adapt to a non-stressful way of living. The American block-chain company offers a monthly \u2018Skribbl\u2019 games where employees by guesses each other\u2019s drawing. Another interesting activity that Erin and her team came up with was to use a system called \u2018Coffeebot\u2019. It  matches randomized workers with one another where they talk about themselves and their interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These activities mirrors \u2018water cooler\u2019 conversation to give a sense of relief and a break from their work. This is to encourage team-building and communication that does not feel forced. Some activities include monthly events ranging from pet day (showcasing their pets), step challenge (alternative events are offered for differently abled). Also trivia, Halloween costume contents, wellness events and among others! With playfulness comes seriousness, the company also hosts company trainings on performance reviews, coaching\/mentoring. As well as communication and a range of other topics that would prove beneficial for the employees. This in turn would give the employees of all management levels a proper training on how to work with one another and produce exemplary work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5
