The Tenth of a Second When Seawater Hits the Rocks, HID<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located in the Life Science City in the Fangqiao block of Fenghua District, Ningbo, the property itself is just within a 30km distance from the nearest coastline. As a demonstration model of the industry-city integration, it serves as a land of investment with no form of restrictions available. With the perspective of modern art, the entire project uses the 0.1 second impact between sea water and the mountains. Experimental and ambitious, the design freezes the splintering moment when the sea water hits the rocks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zhengzhou Sunac Longfu Urban Life Hall, MEDG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Situated in the core area of the north district of Zhengzhou, China, Zhengzhou Sunac Longfu Urban Life Hall adapts the design concept of pine. Taking space to another level of abstract meaning, the designers plan to create unbounded aesthetics of life. For example, the pines are a definition of oriental artistic conception, with different utilizations of landscape design techniques. Expansive grassing terrains, surrounded by mountains and rivers, among the shadows of the trees, are interpreted in different landscape atmospheres. Contemplating a picture scroll, visitors are able to experience the beauty of life, while enjoying the leisurely modern urban lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Changzhou Qifengshan Guiyiyuan, FSY TianQuan Design<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking on the form of a butterfly flapping its\u2019 wings, the designers have borrowed traditional Chinese gardening methods. From an upper perspective, the wings of the butterflies are designed as walkways. Filled with deep meanings and arrangements of \u201cfeng shui\u201d, the design breaks the gloomy and depressing sequence of traditional cemeteries. For example, the dividing of space through the garden groups, the foreground of tombstones adopts the greening scenery. In conclusion, the four theme nodes of chasing butterflies, remembrance, glimpsing and mountains build up poetry with oriental aesthetics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
