Editorial photography records all forms of events in a photo, giving them life while resurrecting the story with words. In the 2022 MUSE Photography Awards, judges have witnessed the magnificent creations of various MUSE editorial photographers. Hence, without their storytelling skills, the world would lose touches of passion and colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With that in mind, here are 5 remarkable Platinum winners who managed to win the hearts of the judges. MUSE Editorial Photographers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fishing Nets in the Wind l Chin Leong Teo<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Telling the stories of a fisherman in Xiapu a county in Fujian, China that is well known for its fishing industry, Chin Leong took the opportunity to capture an image of him in Xiapu rowing a canoe up the streams of a river as a fishing net set up flutters around in the breeze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wheel chair l Arun Mohanraj<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wheelchairs, in the minds of others, are often related to disability and limits of a person. Thus, Arun wanted to change that mindset, which led to the photographs of para-athletes who surpassed their boundaries. In the process, these athletes inspire everyone by competing against the challenges they face in things others take for granted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afghanistan \u2013 Graveyard of Empires l Christiaan van Heijst<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Christiaan holds a special place in his heart for Afghanistan, filled with dangerous adventures but also beauty. Presenting the legendary snow-capped Hindu Kush mountains surrounding the ancient city with a sky that is dyed in cobalt-blue. Although in turmoil, the unseen side of the country has an incredibly rich and interesting history. Therefore, in this series, he presents a side that has not seen chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
