There is an abundance of companies that we immediately think of when we associate a certain keyword or phrase together with them. Smartphones bring our attention to Apple and Samsung. Vacuums and fans to Dyson. Superhero movies? Immediate W for Marvel. In the world of whiskeys and hard liquor, the very first name that pops up in the minds of casual drinkers and connoisseurs is Jack Daniel’s, whose influence and grip on the liquor market is unwavering and continues to grow in popularity by the minute thanks to great value and quality.
Of course, this world-famous drink isn’t just restricted to just drinking only! As food artists and chefs extraordinaire Ryan Van Voorhis and Seth Bradley will demonstrate, a bottle of Jack Daniel’s isn’t just good for drinking at home, it can also be used in a wide variety of dishes to give them that extra kick you need!
Greenlit by Jack Daniel’s and with Brand Ave. Studios / Amplified Digital Agency running the campaign, it was featured on STL Today, Feast magazine and Feast and Field magazine to align with Jack Daniel’s goals of getting more bottles of whiskey out from store shelves and into other people’s homes while the Super Bowl energy is still at an all-time high!
Dressed in the striped black and white overall like those worn by referees, Ryan and Seth put up a series of recipes that anyone at their homes can try to replicate at home! From something as simple as simply adding whiskey to a existing drink everyone has in their homes to enthusiasts and home chefs to take on the more complex recipes!
The first of these easy recipes begin with one of two drinks: A classic Jack and Coke that calls for 2 oz of whiskey on top of a glass of Coca Cola with ice, simple! If you are looking for something with some extra kick, you can combine both Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire and Tennessee Honey with equal parts and have a drink that is sweet and spicy!
If you want something with a bit of protein, Ryan and Seth also have some recipes that you can cook with Jack Daniel’s like braising beef short ribs for some tacos, and for dessert, bananas foster is a great topping for a bowl of ice cream too!
