2022 MUSE Photographers And Category Winners Of The Year Revealed
New York, NY – MUSE Photography Awards has officially announced the proud winners of the 2022 season, honoring, celebrating and recognizing marvelous achievements of these splendid photographers on the global stage, rewarding their phenomenal endeavors in creating extraordinary visualizations of the surroundings, while rewriting stories via their personal perceptions.
Over the span of 2022, the awards have been actively receiving support from more than 50 countries universally, like United States, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Australia, Norway, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Japan, Romania, and other honorable mentions. The total entries received exceeded 3,500 in numbers, and only the pinnacles of talent were selected as winners.
2022 MUSE Photographers of the Year
After the review of these amazing entries, the final victors are then chosen in accordance to competition standards. With that, the 2022 MUSE Photography Awards presents the Professional Photographer of the Year: Woman and owl by Markéta Leupoldová (Czech Republic), with a cash prize of $3,000; whereas the Amateur/Student Photographer of the Year is: Fishing boat by Nguyen Phuoc Hoai (Vietnam), with a cash prize of $2,000.

Besides the highest honors available, various formidable winners were also selected for both professionals and amateurs/students from all the available categories, as the Category Winners of the Year, with cash prizes of $100 for each winning category, including:

Grand Jury Panel
The esteemed judges are handpicked by IAA under professional and unbiased standards, which consists of professionals and proficient individuals from the industry whom displayed noble qualities of dedication and contribution. The jury panel selects entrants that have immeasurable potential in becoming the future face of the industry. Some of the renowned juries include José Martinez Silva (Portugal), Zhou Wen Jun (China), Jarvis Grant (United States), Patrizia Burra (Italy), Ronn Lee (China), Saswata Das (India) and more.
“Here at MUSE, we want to share with the world that there is more to it in a still image that they cannot learn from any other source of information, and we want to keep pushing the narrative potential and possibility of telling their story in the most effective way possible.” Thomas said.
